Be Happy Cleaning Company offers two main cleaning strategies: standard cleaning – a strategy that meets the needs for weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings (every 4 weeks). Top-to-bottom deluxe cleaning – a strategy that meets the needs for first-time cleaning, move in/out, and one-time post-construction cleaning.
Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another, for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule our cleaning. Communication is key. Call, text, or email as soon as you know there is a conflict, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the next earliest convenience. We will do the same on our end. As long as we have a 48-hour notice, there will be no charge; notifications with less than 48 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee for our cleaning team. Please note that some last-minute cancellations can be prevented if a customer provides us access to their home using a garage door code, key, lockbox, or other methods.
We provide the equipment and professional-grade chemicals needed to thoroughly clean your home. If you require the use of your own cleaning supplies, please note that we are not responsible for any damage associated with those products. When this request is made, we ask that you have the cleaning chemicals and supplies ready so that we can perform our cleaning service as efficiently as possible. If you require us to use green cleaning products or if you want us to use your cleaning products, please let us know before we start the service.
It is not necessary to be at home while we are there cleaning. If you have an alarm, make sure we have the key code so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave if you need it. We’ll also need you to choose a spot to leave the key to access the job. We do charge a $50 lockout fee if we have an appointment scheduled and can’t get in.
Our employees can only use 2-step ladders and do not move objects or furniture weighing more than 35 pounds to protect them from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move them prior to cleaning.
